Experience: Mr. Mortorff has approximately 25 years of professional planning experience. Approximately 14 years was with the York County Planning Commission, where Chief Planner, Physical and Environmental Planning Section, he supervised municipal planning projects
(comprehensive plans, and zoning and subdivision ordinances) and subdivision and land development review. In addition, planning work activities included transportation, recreation, water, solid waste management, and stormwater management planning.
Recent experience with Gordon L. Brown & Associates, Inc. has been in the area of subdivision and land development design and approval, and assisting with planning related projects in those municipalities in which
the firm is the municipal engineer.
Professional Organization: American Institute for Certified Planners (Successfully took the test for certification in May 1985)
