John Runge, Project Engineer Education:   Penn State University, Associate Degree in Surveying Technology Penn State University, B.S. in Transportation Engineering Experience:   (1980-1982) Survey Technician involved with property boundary surveys, topographic surveys, subdivision layout, and street layout. (1984-1987) Entry Level Engineer involved with highway transportation studies, roadway alignment design, and bid package preparation. (1987-1997) Project Manager for a utility contractor with responsibilities that included bid preparation, material purchasing, billings, project coordination, survey stake-out, and preparation of proposals. (1997-Present) Senior Level Engineer with responsibilities that include the design of residential subdivisions and commercial land development plans including stormwater management, sanitary and storm sewer design, site grading, roadway design, and project management.  Along with the coordination of municipal projects, municipal authority representative, preparation of project proposals, and client representation at municipal meetings.	Byron Trout, Project Engineer Education: University of Pittsburg at Johnstown, B.S. in Science Experience: Mr. Trout for eleven years has been employed by Gordon L. Brown & Associates.  His experience encompasses principally design and management of various construction activates including residential, commercial, and industrial.  Also, engaged in municipal engineering for several municipalities and the supervision of diversified engineering projects.  Professional Organization: American Public Works  Association (APWA)
Tim Jury,  Engineer in Training Education: Penn State University, Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Experience: Since 2004, Tim's Project responsibilities have included the design of residential subdivisions and commercial land development plans.  The tasks associated with these projects include storm water management , design of sanitary and storm sewer systems, roadway and general site design, and overall project coordination with both our personnel and our clients assisting with plan reviews, preparing municipal project presentations, and performing site inspections.	Adam Anderson,  Engineer in Training Education: Penn State University, Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Experience: Since January 2007, Adam's responsibilities have included working on designs for land development and large subdivision plans. Attending municipal meetings on behalf of developers and municipalities.  Coordinating  municipal project from annual street projects to York County Community Development Block Grant Projects.  He has become a Certified Engineer in Training in the State of Pennsylvania
Grant Anderson,  Engineer in Training Education: Penn State University, Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Experience: Since January 2007, Grant's responsibilities have included attending municipal meetings on behalf of land developers. Working on Penn DOT Highway Occupancy Permits(Minimum Use, Low Volume, Utility), CBWR Realignment; Land Development - Stormwater Management, and Lot Grading.  He has become a Certified Engineer in Training in the State of Pennsylvania
