Sean Stallsmith, Chief CAD Operator Education: York Technical Institute, 2001, Associate Degree in Specialized Technology for Computer Aided Drafting and Design.  Trained in AutoCAD 2000 while in school and has since moved on to AutoCAD 2005 Land Desktop.  He will continue his growth as the company begins to implement AutoCAD 2008. Experience:  Employed with GLB&A since 2001, Chief CADD Operator since 2005.  He has worked on subdivision, land development plans, highway occupancy plans, and PADOT Right-of-Way plans.	Douglas W. Miller, CAD Operator Education: Nitro H.S., Nitro, WV Ben Franklin Career & Technical Institute, Dunbar, WV Equivalent of B.A. in Commercial Art. Experience:  Has been working with CAD since 1987 and has fifteen years of hand drafting experience prior to switching over to AutoCADD
