Continuing education in highway and  structural engineering Experience:  Mr. Brown, Jr. has approximately Forty-three years of professional engineering experience, principally in design and the management of diverse engineering disciplines.  His experience encompasses the following: (1965-1967) As a highway design engineer for Penn DOT assisted in design and supervision of major interstate highways. (1967-1970) As a bridge design engineer for Penn DOT designed more than 40 structures and supervised construction on five major highway structures. (1970-present) Employed as a principal Consulting Engineer and President of Gordon L. Brown & Associates, Inc. Engaged in planning, design, municipal engineering, and supervision of diversified engineering projects. Brown & Associates.	Professional Organization: Pennsylvania  Associates of Sewage Enforcement Officers Certified Sewage Enforcement Officer by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Since 1978.
Lee Faircloth, Vice President Surveying Services  Education: Graduate of Dallastown Area High School  Experience: Mr. Faircloth has been associated with Gordon L. Brown & Associates since 1962. (1970-present) Chief-Of-Party responsible for a survey crew conducting residential and farm surveys and computations for same. More recently has specialized in the preparation of residential and commercial subdivision and land development plans and involved in securing  municipal approvals for same.
