Location:  Northwest Quadrant of the Queen St. Exit off of Interstate 83 (York Twp.)

Project Description:  This site has been developed over a period of approximately eight years with the final stages of building being constructed.  The site presents a variety of development including single family condominiums, assisted living facilities, 3-story townhouses, and single family residential homes.  The scope of engineering services covers environmental studies, site planning, roadway horizontal and vertical alignments, site grading, and stormwater management.
