Location:  Windsor Borough Park (Windsor Borough)

Project Description:  The project included obtaining the appropriate grants and materials for the municipality.  Providing inspectors during construction of the playground equipment as well as an inspector for the drainage improvements was also incorporated within the project.  The drainage improvements included eliminating a drainage channel, which was a liability for the Borough, along with piping the runoff through the property to the Fishing Creek.  The project also included a walking path through the park.
