Location:  Roosevelt Ave. (West Manchester Twp.)

Project Description:  A 131 lot residential open space subdivision overlooking the Little Conewago Creek.  The project included a walking trail through the open area along with extensive PennDOT improvements.  Highway improvements included providing acceleration and deceleration lanes, highway widening, and storm drainage improvements.
