Our History:
In 1952, Gordon L. Brown, Sr., PLS founded GLB&A as a Land Surveying Company. In 1970, his son, Gordon L. Brown, Jr., P.E., a graduate from Penn State University and engineer at PennDOT joined his father's company. He expanded the business to include the discipline of Civil Engineering. In 2002, our company celebrated 50 years of service to our clients in York and its surrounding counties. In 2008, Jonathan D. Holmes, P.E. was asked to join the firm to continue the tradition of providing local surveying and engineering services.
