Location:  East side of Chestnut Hill Rd. (York Twp.)

Project Description:  This project involves the preparation, submission and approval of a 152 lot Residential Subdivision, including required site surveying, lot and roadway layout, design of horizontal and vertical alignments, sanitary and storm sewer design, design of stormwater management controls, design and stake-out of Chestnut Hill Rd. realignment, and erosion and sedimentation control design measures.
