Location:  Southwest Quadrant of the intersection of Chestnut Hill Rd. and Springwood Rd. adjacent to Ore Valley Elementary School (York Twp.)

Project Description:  This project involves the preparation, submission, and approval of a sixty-nine lot residential subdivision, including roadway and lot layout, design of horizontal and vertical alignments in accordance with municipality specifications, sanitary and storm sewer design, stormwater management controls, design of required erosion & sedimentation control measures, construction stake-out and project management.
