Project Description:  Bennett Run is a 700 Lot Subdivision in Conewago Township, York County.  The development is a mutli-purpose development including a mix of single family units, duplex units, townhouses and quad units.  The development offers a rural setting but within a short drive of York and Harrisburg.  The development also offers all public utilities including water and sanitary service along with a location adjacent to an elementary school.  The project involved extensive grading for street design and for stormwater management.  The sanitary design and construction involved extending the sanitary sewer nearly a mile and half off site; in and around existing properties, streams an other obstructions.
