Gordon L. Brown & Associates, Inc. (GLB&A) was founded in 1952 to practice land surveying.  In 1970, we expanded to provide professional engineering, design, municipal engineering, and supervision of construction in the various civil engineering disciplines. 

GLB&A serves Southcentral Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland, including the Pennsylvania counties of York, Adams and Lancaster.  We maintain a fully qualified professional staff in the following disciplines:
